Ranmoor and Wortley

The November branch event is on Saturday 7th November. A branch training event.

There are two towers booked at the same times of 1400 to 1600 to host the event to allow students more time to ring.

1400 to 1600 Ranmoor (10, 16-1-5) S10 3GX

1400 to 1600 Wortley (8, 11-2-5) S35 7DB

Ranmoor to host ringing up and down in peal and includes option to learn to lead up and down in peal. To develop and experience ring up and down in peal. Students should be able to raise and lower a bell to attend the course.

Wortley to host Grandsire, Erin and Stedman on 5 & 7 and includes treble (Plain Hunt) to Grandsire.

Students: Please request in advance what you would like to ring and we will tailor the training event to those who are attending.

We ask that both students and helpers enrol so we know of numbers please. To enrol contact branch secretary Philip Hoole secretary@yacrsheffieldanddistrict.org.uk by Wednesday 4th November.

Helpers contacted from 5th November to confirm the tower they go to for the branch training event. This will ensure helper numbers are evenly spread at each tower.
