On Saturday 4th July 2026 a group of 16 Tykes and their families travelled to Nottingham for RWNYC 2026. This year we entered two 8 bell teams one ringing Plain Bob Triples the other ringing Call Changes. Both teams rang the contest pieces at Greasley an excellent set of bells before travelling around Nottingham on the trams visiting several other towers. The results were given at Nottingham, St Mary where the call changes team were placed a very respectable 4th in their group. Then the tension mounted but we're pleased to report that the method team won the Whitechapel Trophy for the third year running. Many thanks to all the towers who have supported us throughout the year and to all the parents for transporting our teams to the event.
